INTRODUCTION
On a level parcel of land, adjacent to the University of Southern Queensland [USQ], the fully planned and architecturally designed development of the Toowoomba Resort Retirement Village is situated in the suburb of Darling Heights, Toowoomba, Queensland.

Manager’s villa and sales office are located at the entrance, with buggy transportation to view the village, facilities and display villa.
COMMUNITY CENTRE
The community centre is the heart and soul of the village. It is a place to meet friends or become involved with a new group or simply do your own thing. As a resident you can be as active or social as you like.
Villa number 8 in the existing stage of the resort will be used as a temporary community centre with the following facilities:
